Our Knowledge Base is actively evolving, so results may vary from day to day.
Some products may be temporarily excluded from the Knowledge Base as we refine the system.
We may also switch between AI models during testing, which can affect Vera’s responses.
Saved Data
We store your conversations to enhance your experience—please avoid including personal or sensitive information.
Your browser is identified using a unique token stored in local storage on your device, so your conversations will only be accessible on the same device and browser.
We may use your conversations to improve Vera and our platform.
If you clear your cookies, access to your saved conversations may be lost.
Keep in mind that your token could be accessed by others—so treat it as you would a password.
Conversations that are older than a to be determined timeframe will be auto-deleted
Conversations
You can start a new session anytime using the New Conversation button.
The Conversations panel displays up to your 100 most recent conversations.
Rejoining a conversation will move it to the top of your list.
Each conversation includes up to 100 recent message exchanges with Vera.
For best results, start a new conversation when changing topics, as past messages may influence future replies.
Microphone
The microphone will submit a result after a word or phrase is clearly recognized.
Clicking the active Microphone button will cancel the recording—no result will be returned.
If your device’s microphone seems unresponsive, click the Microphone button, wait a few seconds, then click again to reset it.
